The Pittsburgh Business Times has released their list of the top 7 largest Pittsburgh employers. 

UPMC was listed first showing 36,755 local full time employees.  I recently wrote an article on UPMC facts worth knowing. 

Giant Eagle Inc. was listed with 10,440 local full time employees and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. was listed with having 10,030 local full time employees.
