Networking your way into your next career has always been a hot technique, but today, it’s more stressed more than ever when it comes to job searching.
In my opinion, networking is positioning yourself for your next move, whether that’s now or 6 years from now. It’s more important and more effective when you build a long term business relationship than it is to pass out business cards to hundreds of people at networking events in hopes that someone will call.
