I appreciate the comment.  I agree about exercising and Pilates!   It&#039;s a great way to not only release endorphins, but it helps with the relief of stress.  There are so many times that I have gone for a walk or did some pilates/yoga after being stressed and once I&#039;m done, I feel like a new person and ready to face whatever the stress was, head on!]]></description>

It doesn&#039;t have to cost anything - you could go for a run or follow a You Tube exercise class (e.g Pilates). Exercise is a great way to release endorphins that make you feel happy and energised.]]></description>
